New iOS Instructor: James Dempsey
June 27, 2013
We are delighted to announce that James Dempsey will be joining our illustrious crew of iOS instructors!
James is a 15-year Apple veteran where he worked on iOS, Aperture, and OS X releases Leopard through Lion, including spending half a decade on the Cocoa frameworks team. Along the way he’s trained hundreds of developers on Apple technologies, including teaching Cocoa development at Stanford University and presenting at WWDC for over a decade. He ha since gone indie and founded Tapas Software to build apps for iOS and OS X, with an initial release now on the App Store.
James has a ton of experience and insight on the iOS and Mac platforms and, equally important to us, he can effectively teach what he knows. James will make his debut co-teaching the public iOS Programming Studio with Daniel Steinberg on August 26-29 at our Denver training venue. We’re very much looking forward to working with him.
We hope you’ll join us in welcoming James!
